Open (Public) Courses 

Open Courses take place in various locations throughout the US and Canada. There are 12 places on each course, with participants from a wide range of industries, job functions and seniority levels to reflect real world negotiations. 

To maintain balance, a maximum of three participants from any one company will be registered per open course.

One-Company Courses 

The program is delivered by two Scotwork consultants for up to 12 participants. Scotwork can travel to your location or aid in coordinating an appropriate location that fits within your needs.

Courses for more than 12 participants can be also be created. Contact us to discuss your organization’s needs.

Violaine Galland

Violaine brings more than 20 years’ of experience as a Wall Street executive and sales leader. She has effectively negotiated complex multi-million dollar deals within operations, IT, procurement and legal, at top tier banks including Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank. She’s "been there done that," and loves to help her clients, whether young professionals or season executives, build new skills while providing expert advice.

Sandy Sbarra

Sandy brings 20 years' of professional procurement experience, coupled with 15 years' of negotiation consultancy experience to his clients. He delivers expert negotiation skills- training, coaching and advice to managers and executives and their commercial teams. He has a particular expertise in health and medical, advertising, retail and professional service industries. 

Ananda LaBerge

Ananda brings an impressive career that has spanned sales leadership, team management and negotiation. As a healthcare industry specialist for two decades, Ananda understands the industry’s complexities and the keys to effective negotiation from various standpoints. She has worked on behalf of pharmaceuticals (Pfizer), healthcare IT (Eclipsys), supply chain (GHX), and diagnostics (Abbott Laboratories).
